The War & Peace Read-a-Long: Week Six

Sorry it's a little late this week, folks. I've been away and forgot to schedule it before I left. I'm sure you've all been waiting on the edge of your seats for your chance to finally discuss this week's rather odd chapters.

At least it was another short week, right? I actually read the whole thing last Sunday before my post of the previous reading went up, which was actually rather confusing...

Anyway. We're getting there! Here are this week's prompty things:

1) Honestly, by this point in the book (55% or so), do you think War & Peace could have been shorter or did it need to be this long?

2) Do you feel there's been another change in tone? Why do you think Tolstoy keeps doing this? Do you like it?

3) Natasha. AAAAAAAAAND GO.

4) Pierre has convinced himself (via numerology, obviously) that Napoleon is the Antichrist from The Book of Revelation. Is this in character for Pierre? How do you think he'll act on this?
